Where is your treasure?

We did an art project today to bring out Cy's inner pirate. Cy pretends to be a pirate most days, so I decided we would make a treasure map. Cy, Will, and I crumpled up some paper and tore the edges to make it look old. Then we drew a map with things we thought should be on a map...trees, houses, dinosaurs, etc with a path to the treasure. Cy went to bed with his map tonight. Will enjoyed making the map, but he doesn't get stuck on imaginary ideas like Cy. So he hasn't carried his around all night. But it is fun to do crafts together and it's nice that both of them are big enough to participate.
